01Process
Six stages. Same shape on every engagement, even when the duration changes.
- 01
Discover
We start by understanding the business, the users, and the constraints. Sometimes that takes two calls; sometimes it takes a week embedded with the team. Either way, we leave with a written brief everyone has signed off on.
Deliverables
- · Discovery brief
- · Risks + open questions
- · Engagement proposal
Timeframe
1–2 weeks
- 02
Define
We translate the brief into a product. Information architecture, key user journeys, the shape of the data, and the decisions that are too important to leave to design.
Deliverables
- · Product definition
- · IA + flows
- · Architecture sketch
Timeframe
1–2 weeks
- 03
Design
Two art-direction routes. One chosen. A design system built alongside the key screens, so the team can ship the rest of the product after we leave without it drifting.
Deliverables
- · Two concept routes
- · Design system
- · Hi-fi key screens
Timeframe
3–5 weeks
- 04
Build
Vertical slices, weekly demos, real users early. We run the build as if the product is already live — observability, CI, and a release process from week one.
Deliverables
- · Production codebase
- · CI + observability
- · Weekly demos
Timeframe
4–12 weeks
- 05
Launch
Soft launch first, with a small audience and a runbook on the desk. Public launch when the data says it is time, not when the calendar says it.
Deliverables
- · Soft launch + runbook
- · Public launch
- · Analytics in place
Timeframe
1–2 weeks
- 06
Evolve
A product is never finished. We stay on as a retainer, an embedded team, or a periodic strategic engagement — whichever shape the team needs.
Deliverables
- · Retainer or embedded team
- · Quarterly product reviews
Timeframe
Ongoing
02Engagement formats
- 01
Project
A defined outcome on a defined timeline. Best for marketing sites, app launches, and discrete platform builds.
- 02
Retainer
A reserved slice of the team, monthly. Best for products that ship continuously and want strategic continuity.
- 03
Embedded team
Our team works inside your team for the duration of an engagement. Best for ambitious in-house builds that need outside leverage.
