STRICHER

01Studio

02Founding story

StricherTech Solution came together because the work we wanted to do — cinematic web, intelligent products, real software — was hard to find in one team. We had spent years across consumer apps, B2B platforms, and brand work, and kept being asked the same question: "Can you also do the other half of this?"

The studio is the answer. One team that designs, engineers, and ships — for founders, for directors, for anyone with an ambitious technical idea and the rare interest in building it properly.

A developer's hands typing on a backlit keyboard, code on the screen behind.

03What we believe

  • 01.We build what others say can’t be built. The constraint is the brief.
  • 02.Editorial restraint is the discipline. Cinematic moments are the reward.
  • 03.A demo is not a product. We ship the boring parts first.
  • 04.The second engineer matters more than the first. We code for them.
  • 05.Design, engineering, AI, and brand are one team — not four departments.

04Team

Six people. Senior. We hire slowly.

  • Naomi Asare

    Founder, product

Product brain of the studio. Previously product lead at two consumer SaaS companies; broke things, then learned to ship them.

  • Mara Levitt

    Design director

Identity, brand, and the discipline of saying no. Designed three brands you have seen and one you have not.

  • Joon Park

    Engineering lead

TypeScript, Kotlin, Postgres. Has shipped a mobile release every week for the last three years without breaking the build.

  • Imani Boateng

    Senior designer

Editorial mind, product hands. Holds the line on typography and the long horizontal lockup.

  • Eitan Cohen

    Mobile + platform engineer

Swift, Kotlin, and a long history of native pixels. Wrote a fish tank controller once, and we will never forget.

  • Lia Voss

    AI + research engineer

Evals, retrieval, agents. Believes a graded test set is the most underrated artefact in software.

05How we operate

Adenta Commandos, Accra, Ghana. We work in overlapping time zones with our clients and sync as much as a co-located team would, with the discipline only remote teams develop. Engagements run in two-week sprints with weekly demos.

We are not hiring publicly today. If you are senior, restless, and want to make things that matter — write to us anyway.
